1. Acceptance of Terms & End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Z Image Turbo (system identifiers reference FreeGen), you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Z Image Turbo provides AI-powered image generation tools leveraging advanced deep learning models. Users can generate, save, remix, and share digital artworks.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Z Image Turbo strictly enforces a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy regarding objectionable, harmful, offensive, or abusive content and behaviors. There is absolutely no tolerance for:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Content promoting hate speech, violence, terrorism, harassment, bullying, or discrimination against any individual or group.
  • Malicious impersonation, defamation, or unauthorized deepfakes of real persons without consent.
  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.

4. Content Moderation, In-App Reporting, User Blocking, and 24-Hour Action SLA

  • Reporting: Users can flag or report any objectionable post, prompt, or artwork directly within the app using the Report button.
  • Blocking: Users can instantly block any abusive creator using the Block User button. Once blocked, all content from that creator is immediately hidden from your feed and interactions are blocked.
  • 24-Hour Moderation SLA: Our moderation team investigates and acts on all user reports within 24 hours. Offending content is permanently removed, and violating accounts are permanently banned.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

  • You retain ownership and commercial/personal rights over artworks generated from your own original prompts, subject to applicable local laws.
  • For artworks published to the Community feed, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view and remix your creations according to the selected Public or VIP Royalty terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
